This Miraculous Medal Plaque is 5 inches wide and 8 inches tall.  It is made of cold cast bronze and has a hanger on the reverse side.  It has the traditional design front and back of the Miraculous Medal and resembles the medal on the Rosary Walk on the grounds here in Perryville.

The plaque will be blessed for you here at the Shrine.
