2. How to Initiate a Return

Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
3. Packing and Shipping
Packaging: Please securely pack the item in its original packaging. Be sure to include the RMA number and a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping: Send the package to the address provided in the RMA instructions. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a defective or incorrect item).
4. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges: For exchanges, please follow the return process and place a new order for your preferred item.
